What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Make honest recommendations based on what customers actually need
Work independently while being fully supported by an organized office team
Follow safety standards and applicable residential/light commercial codes

- Potential Starting Total Compensation Package of $131,800. DOE
After-hours appointment bonus

What We're Looking For
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on residential systems
Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
Excellent customer communication skills
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and ethical service
