What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

• Make honest recommendations based on what customers actually need

• Work independently while being fully supported by an organized office team

• Follow safety standards and applicable residential/light commercial codes

• Potential Starting Total Compensation Package of $131,800. DOE

• After-hours appointment bonus 

• Employee referral bonus - up to $2,000 per referral

What We're Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on residential systems

• Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively

• Excellent customer communication skills

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and ethical service
