structured, high-performance residential HVAC sales system. This is a role for proven closers operating in a competitive market.

Performance Standards
• 44% total closing rate
• $12,717 average sale
• $5,500 NSLI (Net Sales per Lead Issued)

These benchmarks define performance, drive lead efficiency, and create high earning
potential.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission structure

What You Will Do
• Conduct residential HVAC replacement estimates in-home
• Present system design solutions (repair vs replacement, comfort, IAQ)
• Guide financing and close decisions with homeowners
• Execute structured follow-up and project handoff
• Generate referrals and customer reviews
• Operate within a defined, performance-driven sales system

Who Performs Well Here
• 3+ years of successful in-home or B2C sales experience
• Proven ability to close at a high and repeatable rate
• Strong objection handling and control of the sales process
• Comfort working in KPI-driven, structured environments
• Consistent production—not occasional spikes

• High-performing HVAC sales environments
• Home services (roofing, windows, remodeling, solar)
• Service technician → sales transitions with strong closing records
