Midwest Heating & Cooling is expanding our plumbing division and we're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Plumber who specializes in appliance installation and drain cleaning services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering top-tier service to homeowners and light commercial clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Water heater installation & replacement (tank and tankless)
• Appliance connections (dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, etc.)
• Drain cleaning & sewer augering
• Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, etc.)
• Camera inspections (if experienced)
• Educating customers on repair vs replacement options
• Providing clear, professional communication onsite

This is primarily service-based work.

What We're Looking For

• Strong drain cleaning and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with appliance hookups and water heater installs
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable using tablets or dispatch software
• Journeyman License

Bonus if you have:

• Master Plumber (Restricted Appliance or Full)
