What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Estimator / Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by securing and managing commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct on-site client meetings to assess needs and propose tailored HVAC solutions.
🔹 Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, builders, and business owners.
🔹 Create detailed HVAC system designs and proposals based on client needs.
🔹 Deliver professional presentations showcasing our solutions and services.
🔹 Follow up with clients to review proposals, answer questions, and close deals.
🔹 Manage projects end-to-end - from planning and procurement to execution and completion.
🔹 Track project costs, generate profit & loss reports, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Who We're Looking For

🔹 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC engineering design, estimating, or project management.
🔹 Highly detail-oriented and process-driven - you don't miss a thing!
